Effective date: October 27, 2026.
MemoryLoop is a long-term memory game for iPhone and iPad published by Ludovic Lepic, who is responsible for the app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
MemoryLoop stores the following locally on your device:
This information lets the app run your challenges and keep your records. MemoryLoop does not upload it to a developer-operated server, and the developer has no access to it.
If you allow notifications, MemoryLoop schedules local reminders on your device when a challenge is ready. Reminders mention the number of digits and the delay, never the number itself. They are not sent through a server.
If you are signed in to Game Center, MemoryLoop sends your ranked scores (numbers only) to Apple's Game Center leaderboards, where other players may see them with your Game Center name. Game Center is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The game works fully without Game Center.
MemoryLoop uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display a banner ad on menu screens. Ads are never shown while you memorize or recall a number. Google and its partners may process information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve their services.
This may include IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device identifiers, diagnostic and performance information, ads viewed, and interactions with ads or the app. Advertising identifiers are subject to your device permissions and privacy choices.
For details about Google's processing, see:
MemoryLoop uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display consent messages when required, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Where consent is required, personalized advertising relies on your consent; ads are only requested once the consent process allows it. Where available, you can review or withdraw your choices at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy and ads → Privacy choices.
The game does not require you to agree to personalized advertising.
MemoryLoop may request permission using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline and continue playing. Without permission, the app cannot access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Declining tracking does not stop all advertising-related data processing.
You can review tracking permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
MemoryLoop does not require an account and does not use a separate analytics service. It does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Advertising-related diagnostics and analytics are described above.
If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message, and use it to respond to your request.
Challenges, results, and preferences remain on your device until you delete them. You can delete a challenge from its detail screen or remove results from Records → History. Deleting the app removes all of its local data from the device; device backups are managed separately through your Apple settings. Scores already sent to Game Center are managed by Apple.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your request. You may contact us to request deletion of information you have sent us. Information processed by Google and its partners is subject to their retention policies and privacy controls.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because the game data stays on your device, you control it directly. For anything else, contact us at the address below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
MemoryLoop is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
